The Bresser Messier AR-102/1000 refractor is the perfect choice for those looking for a high quality binocular with a good lens. With this telescope, you can see the rings of Saturn, the Great Red Spot of Jupiter, the phase changes of Venus, and even the tiny craters of the Moon in a fascinating view. The Bresser Messier AR-102/1000 is equally at home at small or large magnifications. The telescope comes with a 26mm Super Plössl eyepiece for 26x magnification, which can be multiplied by using an optional Barlow lens. A reversed-position 6x30 finder telescope makes it easy to align celestial objects. The Zenith mirror included in the standard package is upright but gives a right-to-left inverted image. It is also suitable for nature observation, which requires the purchase of an Amici prism for a side-viewing image. A prism rail, also supplied as standard, allows the telescope to be easily mounted on most equatorial or azimuthal tripods. The tube ring has a standard screw for mounting digital cameras.
A special feature of the Bresser Messier AR-102/1000 refractor is the 2.5" Hexafoc focusing ring, which allows for more precise focusing than the rack-and-pinion mountings common in this category. The manufacturer has also paid attention to protecting the accessories, as the focusing ring is fitted with a copper clamping ring. In addition, the package includes two extension pieces for both visual and photographic focusing. Also included is a 2"/1.25" adapter with T2 end.
The product includes a factory-mounted solar foil for safe solar observation. The viewfinder scope must be covered or mounted in this case!
