The 45° version of the Opticron MM3 80 GA ED is an ideal choice for hunters, sport shooters and archers for viewing targets, or simply for observing the surrounding panorama from a balcony or birdlife from a hide. Its 80 mm objective lens makes it highly suitable for use at dusk. The low-dispersion ED optics deliver a contrast-rich image free from chromatic aberration.

Like most premium models, this spotting scope is not supplied with a zoom eyepiece, allowing users to select the eyepiece type best suited to their individual needs. The manufacturer recommends Opticron HR3, HDF and SDL eyepieces, offering both zoom and fixed magnification options. Where the magnification range of binoculars ends, Opticron spotting scopes come into their own. Mounted on a tripod, they allow comfortable, extended observation across the entire magnification range. Thanks to its high-quality, multilayered FMC coatings, the spotting scope delivers a more contrast-rich, brighter image with more accurate colour reproduction than more affordable models.
