The ZWO TH10 Seestar Smart Telescope tilt head make it easy to use the ZWO Seestar S30 and S50 telescopes in the equatorial field.
Upgrades downloadable for smart telescopes with basic azimuthal operation support equatorial operation, but this requires tilting the complete smart telescope to the latitude (Budapest approx. 47.5°). The scaling on both axes of the video head is a great help for accurate adjustment. In equatorial mode, you can shoot longer exposure shots, so the final result will be more pleasing.
A standard 3/8" tripod thread is provided at the bottom of the video head for attaching to the (optional) tripod. If you only have the smaller and more common 1/4" tripod thread, the accessory 3/8"-1/4" thread converter will help bridge the size gap. You can attach your smartwatch to the video head with a quick-release clip.
Of course, you can use the ZWO TH10 video head with your traditional digital camera, camcorder, small touring scope, or spotting scope. For example, you can use it to take fantastic 360° panoramic shots.
Vertically adjustable (Alt) in +/-90°, load capacity 5kg. Smooth movement is ensured by the fluid damping.
