The ZWO Seestar TC20 carbon tripod is compatible with all Seestar smart telescopes. Its carbon-fibre legs make it lightweight, compact and easy to carry, while providing stable support for equatorial use.
The ZWO Seestar TH10 tripod head makes equatorial use of ZWO Seestar smart telescopes easier.
Downloadable updates support equatorial operation for smart telescopes that are primarily designed for alt-azimuth use, but this requires tilting the entire smart telescope according to the geographical latitude. The scales on both axes of the tripod head assist with this adjustment. Equatorial mode allows longer-exposure images to be captured, resulting in more spectacular images.
The base of the tripod head features a standard 3/8" tripod thread, allowing it to be mounted on most tripods. The smart telescope can be attached to the tripod head using the included quick-release plate.
