The Extension Column for EQ-6 / EQ-6R / AZ-EQ6 Pro mounts, when installed, allows the telescope tube to be positioned higher. This is particularly useful if the standard tripod height proves insufficient during use. The extension column is mounted between the tripod and the mount head, providing an additional 22 cm of height.
