The ToupTek Astro focal plane tilt adapter (tilter) can be mounted on cooled ATR series cameras manufactured by ToupTek Astro. It allows precise adjustment of the camera tilt angle, correcting minor deviations relative to the optical axis. It features a T2 thread and retains the camera’s original 17.5 mm backfocus.
Its advantage is that it can be adjusted from the rear, meaning the adjustment screws remain accessible even when assembled with a filter wheel, filter drawer, etc.
