The Svbony SC311 Pro colour camera is a true standout, allowing up to four users simultaneously to view its live image via Wi‑Fi on Android or iOS smartphones and tablets.
The Svbony SC311 Pro camera is an ideal choice for imaging the Sun, Moon and planets, as well as for those looking for an affordable solution for EAA (Electronically Assisted Astronomy). With exposure times of up to 30 seconds, it is also suitable for entry-level deep-sky imaging.
This astro camera features a back-illuminated Sony IMX662 sensor, offering high sensitivity (91% QE) and low read noise thanks to Starvis 2 technology. Its 2.1-megapixel resolution and small 2.9 μm pixels enable detailed images to be captured even directly at the telescope's focal plane. Images can be saved in JPG or uncompressed FITS format. Videos are recorded in MP4 format to the included 32 GB microSD memory card, while cards up to 256 GB are also supported.
The camera fits a standard 1.25" focuser. The built-in UV/IR filter can be easily unscrewed, making the camera particularly sensitive in the infrared range once it has been removed.
The built-in 2500 mAh lithium-ion battery provides up to 4 hours of operating time. The Svbony astro camera can be charged via USB-C, which also provides PC connectivity. When used with a smartphone, the Wi‑Fi (2.4 GHz) range is approximately 10 metres.
