As the name suggests, the Opticron photo tripod adapter for central focusing binoculars helps to mount binoculars on a tripod that can be fitted with the adapter on the central focusing rod (e.g.: old 20x60 Tento binoculars).
The diameter of the rod that can be gripped by the adapter can be between 12-15 mm, the rod must be free for at least 16 mm, because the adapter is 15 mm thick. The gripping part is rubber-lined so that it can be fixed firmly on the rod without scratching it. Width 35 mm.
