While the Nocpix Lumi P13 thermal imaging camera is the entry level within the company's Lumi family, its optical and electronic parameters, when looking at the overall thermal imaging market, place it in the lower-middle range.
The device's F0.9 brightness optics collect almost 20% more light than the F1.0 (also considered very bright) thermal cameras on the market. The fixed-focus lens has a default magnification of 2x, which can be increased digitally up to 8x. For human-form detection, the highly sensitive 20 mk thermal sensor provides up to 600 meters away.
The elementary pixels of the 256 x 192 sensor are only 12 µ in size, making even the smallest details more visible. A 1024 x 768 pixel resolution, cold-tolerant AMOLED sensor is used to view the image captured by the device. The advanced artificial intelligence (AI) used in the device enhances the image, giving you a more contrasty, detailed view.
Recommended for hunting use on medium spread, large game. Suitable for asset protection, such as site guarding, and for any rescue or search tasks where you need to see over a large area at once, but also want to take advantage of the detection potential of higher magnification.
A wide range of settings are available, including different colour modes, hotspot highlights for fast detection, or even eye-saving green or red modes. The PIP mode (picture-in-picture) lets you see a small magnified image at a time, without sacrificing the visual quality of the surroundings. You can also control the viewfinder thermal imaging camera via WiFi and view or save your captured images. Not only can you capture still images, but with its built-in microphone, you can even record video with voice. In addition to our phone, we can also save the pictures to its internal 32Gb memory.
The compact and lightweight body provides a secure grip. It is powered by a 18650 removable battery, but you have the option to use an external power supply such as a powerbank via a USB-C cable. The thermal camera can run for 6 hours on its own battery.
On the eyepiece (eye lens) sidewith a diopter correction range of -5 to +5, you can adjust the focus to your own eyes.
