Baader's polarizing filter is recommended for the demanding Hold observer! Thanks to its extremely precisely machined surfaces and anti-reflection coatings, it causes the least possible image degradation.
When using a pair of filters, the light transmission can be adjusted between 2% and 40%. The "single" polarizing filter produces only a slight neutralizing effect.
