The Askar 0.75x focal reducer for the 60F APO telescope is an essential accessory for astrophotography. It increases the Askar 60F APO telescope’s focal ratio to f/5.1, significantly reducing the exposure time needed for image capture. It also corrects optical aberrations at the edge of the field, delivering pinpoint stars across the entire image.
This three-element focal reducer provides a 44 mm corrected image circle, making it fully suitable for use with full-frame cameras. On the camera side, it features M48 and M54 threads for easy connection of an astro camera or other accessories. The product is designed for the widely used 55 mm back focus distance.
The focal reducer also includes a 2" filter thread.
