The Armytek Viking Pro Magnet USB Tactical/Hunting Flashlight Kit includes all compatible accessories that make it suitable for use as a weapon flashlight. The tactical swing switch, magnetic mount is designed primarily for hunting use. The red filter is almost invisible to some animals, but is also useful to the night eye for map reading and trailing. The green-filtered glare is neutral/reassuring to forest animals when viewed from the side, they are rarely alarmed by its effect.
The Armytek Viking Pro Magnet USB Flashlight is specifically designed by the manufacturer for hunting and tactical needs and demands. For a rifle flashlight, the long range and narrow illumination beam cone is essential for accurate aiming, but when used in a more spacious environment, it is also important to keep an eye on the surroundings, and this broader beam spread is the biggest difference over the similarly built Predator. Other important criteria include low weight, a slip-threaded handle, long operating time and a switch knob designed into the end of the lamp to allow it to be used safely while wearing gloves. The switch knob can also be 'swapped' for a rocker switch, which is particularly useful when mounted on a weapon. Unlike the older models, there is no need to remove the switch, as the magnetic remote switch/charger end attaches directly to the switch button, as with the magnetic charger. This solution provides much quicker deployment! The Armytek Viking Pro Magnet USB family is fully compatible with Armytek color-filtering ballasts, gun accessories, but has been designed with a new USB-connected magnetic charging platform (AMC-03) and magnetic swing switch (MRS-01).
The manufacturer has also paid attention to seemingly minor but important details such as the matte black titanium coating on the belt clip and the cutting edge on the front of the lamp, which prevents any side glare from external light reaching the body of the lamp.
With a white light output of 2200 lumens, the LED provides extremely high brightness to illuminate up to 288 m with a single 18650 power source.6 modes allow you to change the brightness in multiple modes with a single switch at the end of the light. After being turned on, the light will operate at the last brightness level used. The Armytek Viking Pro lamp's advanced electronics keep the internal thermal effects under control during operation. Before the power source runs down, the lamp decreases in brightness in several steps and then switches to emergency light mode, avoiding a sudden complete shutdown.
